In person Alexander lessons typically include guidance from the teacher using hands and verbal cues. Remote learning can be enhanced by using your own hands. In this class we will explore ways to use our own hands, and/or guide our students on using their own hands, to demonstrate and enhance learning and applying Alexander principles on our own. This class is open to teachers, trainees, and experienced students.
