Description
This virtual workshop is an exploration of the harmonious and graceful interweaving of focus on awareness, breath, and balance shared by the practices of Yoga and the Alexander Technique. The intersection of Yogic Asanas and the Alexandrian principles of non-doing and inhibition can have a profound effect on the deepening of our practice of Yoga. Through guided movement, participants can learn how to gain a clearer opening into effortless strength, stretch, and presence in their own practice and of their students.
