Lisa DeAngelis is one of the Co-Chairs for AmSAT's 2021 Annual Conference: Reflections and Connections. After having been based in Chicago for over a decade, she has recently relocated to New York City. As a teacher of the Alexander Technique She has worked with an extensive clientele of musicians, actors, athletes, medical and business professionals since qualifying as a teacher in 2009. She has provided specialty coaching women through pregnancy and labor, as well as working with individuals through life transitions. Lisa is a graduate of the Alexander Technique Center Urbana (Joan and Alex Murray). She is also a certified New Paradigm Multi Dimensional Transformation practitioner and works in private, personal management, large scale organization and event planning, is a member of AmSAT's Board of Directors and is engaged in civic, cultural and philanthropic leadership in her community. Her teaching philosophy centers around the ability of the Alexander Technique to help develop tools for living and strategies for being: reclaim the ability to embrace change and choose your life.
