Curtis Woods is the Director of Technical Services for Fresenius Medical Care North America.
Curtis is responsible for a nationwide field service organization, technical training program and a 24 / 7 technical support call center. Over his career, Curtis has worked in quality, research and development, operations and project management for new product introductions. He has a passion for cross-functional collaboration and introducing new technologies to simplify service and improve customer experiences.
His current focus is to improve the interdepartmental relationships to ensure all projects have a keen focus on design for manufacturability and serviceability. Curtis is also focused on the rapidly changing technologies in healthcare to ensure his service organization remains on the cutting edge.
