Kathleen Belmonte is the Chief Nursing Officer & SVP, Clinical Services, at Fresenius Kidney Care. As an accomplished business owner, nurse practitioner and experienced healthcare leader, Kathleen draws from more than three decades of health care experience to oversee Fresenius Kidney Care’s Nursing & Clinical Services departments. Under her leadership, the nursing and clinical teams help dialysis care teams and clinicians improve the delivery of safe, high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.

Prior to joining Fresenius, Kathleen worked at Immediate Care, LLC, as their Chief Operating Officer, managing platforms of Primary Care and Urgent Care facilities in Southeastern Massachusetts.
Kathleen worked as VP, Commercial Operations in the diabetes medical supply and pharmaceutical space, managing the clinical/commercial operations platforms of a national diabetes supply distributor and commercial insulin pump manufacturer. Prior to this, she has worked in the primary care and family practice setting(s) as a Family Nurse Practitioner for many years.

Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, and a master’s degree in nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGHIHP). Board- certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, Kathleen completed her general nursing/clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital and affiliated outpatient medical practices. Kathleen also has a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
