Stephanie Meyer is presently the Director of Clinical Methods & Systems for Fresenius Kidney Care. Stephanie completed a degree in Early Childhood Education before receiving her Associate degree in Nursing in 1995 and beginning a career in dialysis in 1996. She later received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Health Care. Stephanie has been a Certified Nephrology Nurse since 2000. Stephanie has held various positions during her 25 year career with Fresenius including dialysis nurse, Clinical Manager, and Director of Operations before transitioning to the Nursing and Clinical Services department in 2018. The primary focus of her current role is on the development of clinical policy and procedure and workflow support with an emphasis on home therapies. Stephanie has been directly involved in the collaborative development and support of recent telehealth initiatives for Fresenius.
Stephanie has previously served on the Ohio Board of Nursing’s Dialysis Advisory Board and the Defiance College Nursing Advisory Board. She is also a past Chapter President-elect of the North Central Chapter of the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association (ANNA). She is the current secretary of the Defiance County Board of Developmental Disabilities, serving as a board member since 2016. She resides in Defiance, Ohio with her family.
