Tracy Flitcraft began his career in Nephrology in 1990 at a small hospital-based out-patient dialysis center as a PCT in Southern California. While working as a PCT, Tracy moved to his home state of Ohio and started working at Fresenius. Working while attending nursing school gave unique perspectives to providing care to dialysis patients. After graduating Nursing school Tracy has held several positions including roles in education, dialysis products, clinical systems and the majority of that time in the Quality department.
