RE/MAX Senior Vice President, Customer Experience
Pam Harris leads the RE/MAX Customer Experience teams, which encompass Event Management, RE/MAX University, Business Alliances and Production & Media. In this role, she oversees the planning and orchestration of more than 400 events, conventions, retreats, conferences and meetings each year, as well as a partner program with 115-plus RE/MAX Approved Suppliers.
Pam joined RE/MAX, LLC in 2001 as a Corporate Meeting Planner in the Event Management department. In 2002, she was promoted to Manager of Events, and in 2004 she became Director of Conventions. Pam was named Vice President, Event Management in 2005 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Customer Experience in 2019. A highlight of her current role is directing virtually every aspect of R4, the annual four-day RE/MAX convention featuring world-class speakers such as Earvin “Magic” Johnson and entertainers like Steven Tyler and Keith Urban. The cornerstone event regularly draws more than 6,000 attendees from over 60 countries. Pam and her team also organize the annual BOC, a more intimate business meeting for the network’s franchise owners.
