This workshop will explore a range of topics of interest to the Alexander Technique teacher on the theme of meeting needs and having one's needs met.  By creating a practice of distilling to the real needs being asked and addressing those needs with what is doable, we can address our own resilience and satisfaction with life as well as better meet the needs of our clients and members of our organization.
