Sunday's General Session will feature the FM Alexander Memorial Address, given by Daria Okugawa. These annual lectures were instituted as a memorial to F.M. Alexander, and provide a unique opportunity to reflect on experiences and perspectives over many years of intimate work with the Alexander Technique. Daria has been a teacher of the Alexander Technique for almost 40 years, and currently runs a training school in Chicago, Illinois. She was scheduled to give the address as part of AmSAT's 2020 Annual Conference, which was unfortunately canceled due to Covid-19. We are pleased to welcome Daria to this year's Annual Conference and look forward to her reflections on a lifetime of work with the Alexander Technique.
