Heather brings over 20 years of dialysis experience, including 15 years in technical leadership. She began her dialysis career in patient care and biomedical roles. She is active in the industry having served on multiple boards including NKF and two terms as President of National Association of Nephrology Technicians/Technologists. She has co-authored several dialysis manuals, including the Core Curriculum for Dialysis Technicians and the Water Treatment for Dialysis manuals.
Prior to joining CDI Health, Heather served as National Director of Biomedical Services and Corporate Director of Biomedical Support Services for nationally based dialysis companies. She has extensive experience in technical operations, policy and procedure development, equipment usage and maintenance for home, in-center, and inpatient modalities. She has implemented technical oversight and structure for dialysis programs throughout the United States.
