Alice Olsher has been teaching the Alexander Technique for more than 30 years. Alice trained with Dilys and Walter Carrington who were in direct lineage to Alexander. After working with the Carringtons for 15 years Alice began her own training course in San Diego. Coming from a performance background Alice loves working with all performers. She has worked with musicians, pregnant couples, Suzuki teachers, poets, and more. Her work is clear and consistently allows the natural freedom of movement and choice to do so.
